Located in center of Tehran the house is in walking distance (3-4 minutes) from two main metro stations (Mofateh & Haft-e Tir) of metro line one. Several cafes, a big mall (Yas Market) and a cinema are in walking distance. Most of the attractions are easily accessible using metro line one. Our guesthouse is a fully-renovated old house with thick walls that keeps the building cool during summer and warm in winter. It reconciles between having privacy and the experience of living in a hospitable Iranian family. From the entrance door you see the beautiful yard and terrace which will soon be a lovely traditional teahouse. Fire extinguishing system guarantees the safety and on-site staff are always available. We provide families, couples and backpackers with valuable information and travel plan help. All the staff speak fluent English and go out of their ways to solve any problem you might have.
