This 7-day northern Iran journey combines lush Caspian landscapes, wetland ecosystems, stepped mountain villages, and historic Safavid towns into one balanced itinerary. Designed for travelers aged 30+ seeking a comfortable pace, the program blends nature, culture, light walking, and regional cuisine while avoiding long or exhausting days.
The tour begins and ends in Tehran and follows a gradual loop through Ramsar, Anzali Lagoon, Rasht, Masuleh, and Qazvin before returning to the capital. Daily timing is structured for relaxed mornings, proper lunch breaks, and early evening finishes.

Morning departure toward the Caspian region via one of Iran’s most scenic mountain routes (approximately 5–6 hours including stops). The drive crosses the Alborz Mountains before descending into the lush northern plains.

Drive east along the Caspian coastal belt (approximately 3–4 hours including stops).
